Find the B number of the church that has been visited
Click on "Single Church E form" button, and enter the B number e.g. "B00074" (Note that there are 2 versions - a complete one and one without financial deatils of church members. The latter is more suitable for giving to mission partners before they visit)
The report of finances, visits, people connected with that church appears
You can either print it out (File, Print) or email it as an attachment (File, send to, mail recipient attachment, select Rich Text Format)
The recipient should add details of their visit and return the form to Regional Coordinator, who will enter the details in RR5
