General comments on the church should be put under "Comments" section (e.g. Strong working class church, keen on mission to Africa)
Details of a particular visit should be put in as a new Contact. Enter visit, from, date, by MP, subject "M.E. Sayers". Click on Save Record button. Then put significant details of the visit in the "Details" section (e.g. Showed Crosslinks 2002 video to 200 at main morning service)
This new visit will be included with previous ones next time the E form is printed out
