Reports: Church reports: Churches in Diocese/Region
Reports produce a listing of the information chosen for each of the clients / people chosen. Church reports can produce, for example, a summary of the officers in all churches in a diocese. ( Obviously only churches that have had some Crosslinks' connection and have been entered on the database are included!) Details are given below for the report Church in Diocese/Region: details
The Church in Diocese/Region:list is similar, but with less options.

Enter RR5 in normal way
Click on Reports |

Click on Church Reports - you will see list on right: Click on Church in Diocese/Region: details The screen below opens: |

Which Churches drop down list allows
you to choose All churches (default) or selected churches
(i.e. only the ones in your current
selection
RefNo from... Make sure this range is wide enough - it over-rides what you chose above in Which Churches. To make sure you are checking the whole database set it to B00000 to B99999 Which Diocese allows choice of Diocese, or use Which Region to select a Crosslinks Region Click on Amend Details to open a screen which allows you to select what details you want on your report |

Report Title is completed by RR - you
can overtype if you wish
Report sequence - the drop down box allows you to choose what order the report will be presented in |

click either Preview Report or Print Report. Unless you
are sure, I suggest you use Preview, and then, after checking
report looks like what you want, print (Control P) from the
preview screen.
Some of these reports can take a long time (10's of minutes) to produce |
