Reports: Client reports: clients

Reports produce a listing of the information chosen for each of the clients / people chosen. Client reports can produce, for example, an address list for supporters in a Diocese 


Enter RR5 in normal way

Click on Reports

Click Client Reports

Click on Clients in a Category in the Which Report drop down list.-

The screen below appears:

Here you choose from a Category Header and a Category Name. The Category Name list presented for each Category Header allows you to refine the Category Header. 

e.g.1 Choose Diocese (Churches) in Category Header. Under Category Name you now choose which diocese. The report is then based on the churches in that diocese.

e.g.2 Choose Diocese (Member) (This means people, not Crosslinks member) in Category Header. Under Category Name you now choose which diocese. The report is then based on the people in that diocese. (Not yet working)

Click on Accept Criteria

Which Clients drop down list allows you to choose All clients (default) or selected clients (i.e. only the ones in your current selection

RefNo from... Make sure this range is wide enough - it over-rides what you chose above in Which Clients. To make sure you are checking the whole database set it to B00000 to B99999

Include Deceased?  Drop down box allows selection, default is not to include dead people

Name Priority 

Additional Data allows selection of additional data for inclusion in report:
Report Title is completed by RR - you can overtype if you wish

Report sequence - the drop down box allows you to choose what order the report will be presented in

Report style allows various options
