The Crosslinks' Web Interview, November 2006
Here's the latest person to joint the London
office. Thomas Latcham is a volunteer, and can be seen doing all sorts of
strange tasks - including this interview!
 |
Why did you want to volunteer for Crosslinks?
I wanted to do some voluntary work as I hadn’t worked for a while, and to increase my confidence. Also as Crosslinks is a Christian charity, I expected that I’d meet some friendly people, which I have, and enjoy the working environment, and I do enjoy it here.
What were you doing before you started at Crosslinks?
Before I wasn’t doing very much at all. That is why it was important to me to do something with my week. I have found that even doing the simple tasks that my work
involves at Crosslinks has increased my confidence.
Tell us something about your faith.
I have known Jesus since I was young, and I was brought up in a Christian family, which I thank God for. I think my faith in God has increased over the years as I have grown as a Christian and learned to rely on God more for things. I think of Jesus as my friend as well as my saviour.
Thanks, Thomas
