If only it were true... but despite the best efforts of the church over the last 2000 years, and in the last century the spread of the electronic mass media - there are ever increasing numbers of people alive who have not had a realistic chance of understanding the gospel and responding to it.

In some parts of the world it is not difficult for someone searching for the truth to find a Christian who will explain, or listen to a broadcast that will tell him. But in many places the chances of meeting a Christian are nearly zero (humanly speaking), and there are still many languages where there are no Christian broadcasts.

So the answer to this question is
