Harris, Peter & Miranda - France
Peter and Miranda have been based near Arles in France since 1997 as International Coordinators of A Rocha, a Christian environmental organisation working in over fifteen countries around the world - see www.arocha.org They became mission partners in 1983 as the Crosslinks vision grew to include the vital new task of caring for creation in the work of mission, and they were sent to Portugal to establish the first A Rocha project whose story is told in the book Under the Bright Wings.
Their current role is to provide support, training and coordination for A Rocha's practical community based conservation projects which give expression to the Christian conviction that "The earth is the Lord's, and everything in it." They are also involved with the international environmental community in giving focus to the relevance of questions of belief in the defence of biodiversity.
They have four grown children, three of whom are now married
