Andrew and Sandy Morgan work in the Senior School at St Andrew's School, Turi, Kenya. Andrew is the Deputy Headmaster and Sandy teaches clarinet and piano and has an administrative role. They have been at the school since September 2003. Their home base in the UK is Warwick, where they were involved in Saltisford Evangelical Church.

St Andrew's Turi is an international, Christian, co-educational boarding school in the central highlands of Kenya. It caters for students of many different nationalities, aiming to unlock each child’s full potential by providing them with the opportunities and stimuli they need to excel in academics, sports and the arts. The pupils, who range in age from five to sixteen, are offered a happy, secure, multi-racial, Christian environment in which each child is encouraged, valued and cared for as an individual. They have three boys - Peter (born 1994), Tom (born 1997) and Matthew (born 1998) who all attend the school.
