The home staff, headed by General Secretary Andy Lines.  The Church Partnership Team seek to inform Church members about mission issues and share their concern and passion for mission with them. The General Council provides overall direction. Offices in Belfast and Dublin provide support for their areas

Our Ethos Statement includes our principles of conduct. Our Mission Statement includes the aims, values and working guidelines of Crosslinks.  Crosslinks’ Ten-Year Vision Statement 2005-2015 is our vision for Crosslinks work in the coming decade.
