Ten-Year Vision Statement (2005-2015)

Crosslinks intends:

Priorities.
To adhere to the two priorities of Evangelistic Opportunities and Training Trainers, using them to determine our focus and apply them in practice. In doing so we wish to retain flexibility to respond to openings and local church requests. We desire to maintain our emphasis on the quality of Christian life as well as ministry.

Strategy.
We do not wish to restrict ourselves geographically, but we will strategise within regions and countries, being proactive and not merely reactive.

In addition to current Means, and without compromising quality for quantity, we aim to work in partnership with churches to:

  1. Develop Schools of Biblical Training, short-term and Study Partner programmes.

  2. Explore our potential as a catalyst for mission between regions and continents, especially South/South.

  3. Investigate assisting indigenous mission endeavours in an appropriate way.

  4. Promote an active engagement in mission amongst UK and Irish churches.

Anglican Communion.
In the context of the worldwide Anglican Communion we recognise the need to define Anglican identity on the basis of belief not structure.
